I spent over a decade building AI products at Apple and nearly twelve years working in the United States before returning to India to build Turtil. Those experiences shaped one belief that continues to guide me today: organizations don’t become exceptional because they have more technology—they become exceptional because they make better decisions.

Our vision is to help organizations transform their own data into intelligence that drives better leadership, faster execution and long-term competitive advantage. We believe AI is one of the greatest technological shifts of our generation, but its real value isn’t automation—it’s enabling people to think, decide and lead better. Our goal is to build globally relevant technology from India that helps organizations become more intelligent, more adaptive and ultimately more human.
